Step 1. Assessment of customer requirements
Project brief and parameters inclusive of flavour profile, intended device, product base mix, etc.
Step 2. Internal project set-up
Assignment of an interdisciplinary team with a dedicated project manager. Customers are kept in the loop throughout the project.
Step 3. Flavour Development
Where magic happens! Design phase of the project. Our flavourist will create a flavour based on your brief and specifications.
Step 4. Interactive feedback loop
Taste assessment of the first version of the flavour and feedback to the R&D team for modification, if needed, or approval.

Interactive feedback loop
Tasting sessions of the first versions of the flavours and feedback to the R&D team for modification (or approval). Steps 4 and 5 and repeated in a loop until the desired flavour profile is achieved and approved.
Continuous Support
During and after the service configuration, the FLAVORIQ / HERTZ team provides ongoing support to the customer, as needed.
